• A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. Deposits can be paid by bank transfer or online here.
• You are then sent out a patch test in the post to your address. Bookings with a short notice can request a patchtest at selected locations.
• Changes to your booking can be done only with a 7 day’s notice.
• The patch test should be carried out at least 24 hours before your treatment. This is to ensure you are not allergic to any of the products used.
• You arrive in time at your appointment and have a further in-depth thorough consultation, discussing what you are looking to achieve and what is the most appropriate shape, colour and density for you.
• You complete your consultation forms.
• The area that is going to be treated will be photographed
• We DO NOT REMOVE all eyebrow hair, only eyebrow hair that is not in line with the new template.
• Measurements are taken and this enables us to draw in the new brow, lip or eyeliner contour and select a colour that will suit your face shape, skin tone and hair colouring. (We work together on this part to achieve the most suitable results for you)
• When you are 100% happy with the shape, we will then go ahead and start implanting the pigment
• Each treatment stage will be documented on the photographs
• Really effective numbing agents are used during the treatment – You will experience a slight vibrating/scratchy sensation
• After the treatment – we will discuss the all important aftercare instructions and supply you with a signed copy for you to take home – along with some soothing aftercare balm
• You are then are invited to return back to clinic 4-8 weeks after the initial treatment for a re-touch procedure, this is to assess the result and add/correct any missing colour.
• First Re-touch is free within 3 months from the initial appointment. 7 days cancellation policy is in place. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged £100 per treatment to re-book.
